Mindfulness Practice Group

Join us on Tuesday evenings for a one hour group comprised of meditation, mindfulness discussion topic, and Q&A. All are welcome… Those that are new and curious about mindfulness and meditation, as well as experienced meditators looking for a group practice. Replays available in free Community Member Area.

Location: online via Zoom.

Half Day Meditation Retreat

Give yourself the gift of silence, a break from stress and distractions. Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike. Please join us for this half day retreat. The format will be a series of short talks, mixed with seated and walking meditation. The majority of the time will be held in noble silence

Finding our inner calm and peace can be difficult in a world full of noisy distractions. Participating in a silent retreat allows us to take the time and make space to hear our own thoughts, gain clarity and understanding, and deepen our relationships with ourselves and others. We are then invited to carry the benefits of silent retreats into our everyday lives.

Mindfulness Coaching

It can be challenging to start a new mindfulness and meditation practice. It’s helpful to have an experienced guide who can teach us the basics, hold us accountable for our practice, and offer guidance and support when we encounter difficulties.

I can give you personalized attention, guidance, and instruction in mindfulness and meditation so you can reduce your stress and find your joy.

Cost: $50 - 15 minute session.

LGBTQ+ Self Compassion Practices

We warmly invite all those who self-identify as LGBTQ+ to practice mindfulness and self-compassion. This is an opportunity to explore and share our experiences within a supportive community.

Wherever you fall on the LGBTQ+ spectrum and whether you are new to mindfulness or have been practicing for years, we welcome your unique presence.

A 6-week course in learning to meet the unique life challenges we face as a community with wisdom and to treat yourself with kindness and compassion. Self-compassion has been shown to reduce anxiety and depression and increase connection, happiness and emotional well-being. Course includes guidance on experiential self-compassion practices and meditations, a short talk on self-compassion topics and plenty of time for Q&A.

The class will introduce you to creating an effective and ongoing insight meditation practice in all aspects of your life. This 6-week course is appropriate for beginners as well as experienced meditators who want to refresh their practice. Course includes guidance on meditation practices, instructions and tips, talks on Mindfulness topics and connection in community.

Course includes guidance on lovingkindness practices and meditations instructions and tips, a short talk on lovingkindness topics and plenty of time for Q&A.
